Founded in 1980, Hür Plastik is one of Türkiye’s well-established and trusted industrial companies in the field of plastic recycling and raw material production.
Our facility located in Nevşehir is built on a total area of 250,000 m², including 50,000 m² of indoor space. With an annual processing capacity of 105,000 tons, we produce flakes and granules across a wide range of materials, primarily PET, HDPE, PP, PS, PA, and ABS.

Hur Plastik transforms plastic waste into reusable raw materials through controlled and efficient processing stages.
Pre-Sorting
Plastic waste is separated from sand, metal, and large foreign materials using rotary screens, ballistic separators, and magnetic systems. Different types of plastics are classified based on density and physical properties.
Optical and Color Sorting
Thanks to advanced optical sensors, plastics are sorted by color and type to obtain a homogeneous raw material. This stage directly affects product quality.
Grinding (Flake Production)
Plastic materials are crushed in a controlled process and transformed into small, standard-sized pieces (in flake form), making them ready for further processing.
Washing & Purification
Flakes are washed at high temperatures using specialized cleaning agents to completely remove labels, adhesives, dirt, and organic residues.
Flake Separation
Washed flakes are further purified through optical and color sorting systems. Different colors and foreign materials are separated to ensure high quality standards.
Packaging and Shipment
Depending on the product type, materials are packaged in flake or granule form. All products undergo quality control processes and are prepared in big bags or bulk form, ready for shipment.
